I will never gonna recommend this hotel to anyone, for booking.com please don’t make us fool again.
It’s very near to the Prophet’s Mosque
Very Dirty and broken washroom, it’s very tiny, their safe box was broken and after numerous calls they didn’t fix it. Wrong facilities displayed in booking.com where they provide very less facilities! No room service, they didn’t clean my room in my 3 nights stay. Entire hotel is smelly and dirty

Reasonable priced and close to the Masjid but not much in terms of cleaning or guest follow up.
Location is great, price wise they were reasonable
Lifts were very busy. No room cleaning was carried out during our 6 day stay in any of the 4 rooms we had booked. After checking in at no point did anyone ask us how our stay was or if we needed anything.

What was the highlight of Manazel Alaswaf Hotel
Decent value for getting to and from masjid.
Decent value for money. So close to the masjid even if it is back a few streets. Five minutes walk from door to prayer areas. Rooms were comfy and tv worked well (limited Saudi channels).
Floors and bathroom could have been mopped a bit more and no towels were provided. This is not the hotels fault but there aren’t many food options south of the masjid (there are some north of it). Only small shawarma food vendors. There is a restaurant hall on mezzanine but only for use by pre booked groups.
