I will never gonna recommend this hotel to anyone, for booking.com please don’t make us fool again.
It’s very near to the Prophet’s Mosque
Very Dirty and broken washroom, it’s very tiny, their safe box was broken and after numerous calls they didn’t fix it. Wrong facilities displayed in booking.com where they provide very less facilities! No room service, they didn’t clean my room in my 3 nights stay. Entire hotel is smelly and dirty

Overall it was a great experience and I’m thankful to the hotel management for accommodating me. Tho
The room I was given had noisy neighbours so when I requested a change , the admin accommodated me and were very nice about it . I was a single lady travelling on my own and I was looking for a safe and comfortable hotel close to the haram. This hotel met my expectations . Also it provided towels shampoo and soaps. Hair dryer and fridge.
The phone extension in my room wasn’t working and so I was directed to use the one outside. I didn’t need to use it so I was ok. The bathroom was very small .

Good stay, great place Madinah, but too costly for overall service. But not bad overall
Location was perfect, so close to haram. It was also close to some restaurants at the other end. Room was fair, not that small, clean enough
The hotel did not have a parking space for taxis. We were in a rush both times during entrance and exit. The lifts were slow and had to wait before getting in. Not help during baggage ins and outs. They did not have any restaurants of their own. The
